Open Meetings Law Notice

All Court Facilities Capital Review Board meetings are open to the public in accordance with Article 7 of the Public Officers Law (Open Meetings Law). Meeting notices, agenda, and materials are posted prior to the scheduled meetings.

Pursuant to Public Officers Law §103‐a and Resolution No. 1 of 2026 adopted by the Court Facilities Capital Review Board following a public hearing, the Court Facilities Capital Review Board is authorized to use videoconferencing to conduct meetings in the manner authorized by Public Officers Law §103-a.
